Complete personalized functional testing, then follow a custom protocol of nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement support — with unlimited messaging access along the way.
Functional medicine is a personalized model of care for chronic conditions and wellness optimization. Instead of chasing symptoms, it seeks the underlying causes — and what we can do to support your body to thrive.
That means spending real time listening to your history and identifying triggers: nutrition, stress, toxins, allergens, genetics, and your microbiome — the bacteria living in and on your body.
Best suited for the motivated person ready to take charge of their health journey.
This is not a quick fix. Lasting results take sustainable change & real commitment — and that’s exactly why this approach works.
If you've been told everything looks "normal" but still don't feel right, the Total Wellness Program may be the approach you've been missing.
You don’t have to live in Pensacola to get answers. Virtual consultations bring the same personalized, root-cause approach to you — wherever you are.
“Functional medicine” has become a popular term — and it isn’t a protected one. Anyone can advertise it, with or without formal training in it. That makes choosing well genuinely hard. So here’s what this work actually requires, and what’s worth asking before you commit to anyone — including me.
Ask me every one of these on your discovery call. I’d rather you choose carefully than choose quickly.
Three things come up again and again in follow-ups and check-ins — and they’re rarely about a supplement or a test result.
Most people arrive having been told their results look normal. What they remember is sitting down and having someone walk them through what the numbers actually mean for them.
Not just what to take or what to cut out, but how the pieces of their history connect — and why their body has been responding the way it has.
A first visit is a full hour, and follow-ups are built into the program. Time to be heard is the part people mention most often.
Individual experiences vary. Total Wellness does not diagnose or treat disease, and results are not guaranteed.
Designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms through personalized testing, nutrition, and strategic support — in-person for locals or virtually for everyone else.
A complete, full-access experience from your first consult to your final plan.
Not included: supplement purchases, additional testing if needed, and any lab draw fee ($10–$15 if a recommended test requires a blood draw).
A complete, root-cause program — not a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all bandaid. For the person ready to commit to meaningful, sustainable healing.

Jade holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, and earned her doctorate — a Doctor of Pharmacy — from Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy in 2013. She then completed a three-year program at the School of Applied Functional Medicine, passing competency exams at each level and a final examined patient case to earn her Applied Functional Medicine Certification. She also holds an ADCES Lifestyle Coach certificate.
As a health consultant, Jade focuses on promoting health and optimal function using natural, non-invasive methods — nutrition, herbs, supplements, stress management, and lifestyle change — to address the root causes of dis-ease. Her work is designed to complement, not replace, the care of your medical doctor.
No — Jade is a health consultant, not a physician, and does not diagnose or treat diseases or prescribe medications. The focus is on promoting health and optimal function. These services are meant to work alongside, not replace, the care of your medical doctor.
No. Because this program goes above the standard of care, it's considered elective as far as insurance is concerned. Every effort is made to keep it affordable for working, everyday people who want to invest in their wellness.
No — there are no standalone appointments or testing-only services. True functional medicine is an in-depth process that needs time, personalized strategy, and ongoing support. The full program is what allows us to uncover root causes and create lasting results.
Total Wellness operates during normal business hours, 8:30am–12:00pm CST, Tuesday through Friday. Evening and weekend appointments are not available.
Yes — payment plans are available. We'll walk through the options and find what works for you during your discovery call or as part of the application process.
For best results, the program is designed to be completed in 6 months. Life happens, though — you have up to 10 months from your purchase date to use all five consultations before the program expires.
